a P.O. Box or rural address is specified for delivery. Axe Music reserves
the right to revoke this limited time offer at any time.

When will I get my stuff?: |
All orders
must be placed by 1PM Mountain Standard Time to be processed the same
day. Most orders placed by this cutoff time will be shipped that day, but some circumstances may
prevent this.
All delivery times
listed are measured in Business Days, meaning Monday-Friday. This means, for
example, a next-day order placed on Friday should arrive on the following
Monday.

Purolator Ground Delivery Times:
NOTE: These
are IN TRANSIT times, not delivery times from the time
you place your order. We try to ensure that in-stock orders are
shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed whenever
possible.
*If the
ship-to address is not directly accessible by Purolator Ground,
there may be additional shipping costs involved – you will be
advised of these BEFORE your order is processed. We also may
ship your order via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service if
Purolator service is not a viable option. Canada Post delivery
times vary and may take longer to arrive than Purolator service.
Any
Purolator orders shipped to a P.O. Box or rural address will be
shipped “Hold for Pickup” to the nearest Purolator depot/agent.

Purolator Air Delivery? |
If you want faster delivery we do offer
Purolator Air delivery for an additional fee. The fee is $10.00 in addition
to the Purolator Air rate, based on the weight of the order. The Air
delivery option is limited to items under 150lbs and less than 96” in
length.

Air Delivery Times:

- 1 business day for Western Canada
- 1 business day for Ontario/Quebec
- 2 business days for Whitehorse and
Yellowknife (other NWT points are 6
days “ground or air”)
- 2 business days for Maritimes

Cut-off Times?
|
All orders must be placed by 1PM Mountain
Standard Time to be processed the same day. Most orders placed by this cutoff time will be shipped that day, but some circumstances may
prevent this.
NOTE: If there are special circumstances that require your order must be
delivered by a certain day/time you must include this information in the comment field of your
online order so that we can ensure delivery within the required time, or
provide an AIR Freight quote if necessary to get your order to you on time
if necessary. If you have provided us with your email address you will
receive an email when your shipment is processed with a tracking number link
from Purolator so that you can follow your shipment on line.
All orders ship via Purolator Ground delivery by default. This can take
anywhere from 2-9 business days delivery time, depending on where you live.
If the shipping location is deemed to be a
"Beyond Point"
location for Purolator, additional shipping charges may apply, and/or your
order may be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. You will be advised
of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed.
Items less than $30 cannot be backordered unless they are the only item in
the order, otherwise the entire order may be held until all items are in
stock – you will be notified if this is indeed the case.
If the in-stock items on the order have already shipped, then any back
orders will be sent out via Purolator Ground or Canada Post Expedited
Parcel, we reserve the right to use the method of our choosing when shipping
backordered product.
We ship all orders as soon as possible. We will make sure to email or call
you when there are back orders and further delays. To protect our customers
from potential credit card fraud, orders may be held for verification, this
may cause a slight delay in shipping products to you. If your credit card
billing address does not match the requested ship-to address we will be
required to contact you for authorization before your order is processed and
released for shipping.

Damages and Loss? |
All items purchased from AXE MUSIC are made
pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Purolator
covers the first $100 CND dollars of value. Axe has Extra insurance against
shipping damage or loss. It is available for a surcharge of 3.25% of the
equipments value.

Return Policy? |
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your purchase, we must be
contacted and we will arrange to have Purolator pick up the package. The
freight charge for both ways will be deducted from your refund on top of the
restocking fee.
Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards.
Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be
inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 30
days will NOT be accepted.
No returns on special orders/non-stocks, software, books, cd's, clothing,
opened or used strings, internal earphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or
sticks, turntable cartridges, bulbs, or tapes.
Axe Music does not give cash refunds if you paid by Visa or Mastercard you
will be refunded by a credit to your card (processed within 7 business
days). Other Authorized returns will be at your choice, credited on Account,
Exchanged, or Axe cheque (processed within 7 business days).
