Just wanted to let you know we received
the bass yesterday and my husband just loves it. We had originally
ordered the Ibanez GSR190JBK but you had very promptly informed us it
was temporarily out of stock. We then phoned and substituted the Ibanez
SR Series Soundgear SR300 4-String Electric Bass Guitar - Iron Pewter
Finish - SR300IPT which came yesterday and is fabulous. My husband love
the sound and the neck is first class, very durable and well made. I
must say we were both were delighted with the "extras" you sent along
the t-shirt, sticker and CHOCOLATES. A lovely touch and much
appreciated.

It was like
Christmas when I received my lighting equipment. The color banks look

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say "Thank You, Axe
Music" for the wonderful service you provided.
We received the Casio PX-800 digital piano last Thursday via Purolator.
We set up the piano without problems this past weekend and my daughters
have been practicing and enjoying their new piano the past 3 days.
The sound of the piano is very authentic to an acoustic (to my amateur
ears), and my daughter, who is taking lessons, says that the weighted
keys are like her teacher's acoustic piano.

You've actually dealt with my wife Debbie for this...but
I just wanted to say the Bass arrived and it is gorgeous.
Thank you very much for the fantastic service my wife enjoyed. She
says you made it extremely easy and painless and we both appreciate it.
Left handed guitars are really not that easy to come by, especially a
neck-thru like this one. Usually what is available left handed is some
low end knock off or exorbitant pricing or cookie cutter clones. I had
been looking for quite some time and have to admit this ESP B-255 is
EXACTLY what I wanted right down to colour and pick ups.

Axe Music's new online store made it way too
easy to get what I needed in Canada without any border hassles. I made my
first online purchase, and it was here within 23 hours...I'm blown away!!
The website was easy to use, I found exactly what I wanted, payment was

Hi Axe music, i don't think too many people do

used too live in north Edmonton and now i live in British Columbia...i admit

and explanation to my questions. Canada needs a stronger web presence for
pro audio, and it's definitely good news that you're doing something about
it. There's an absolute glut of US suppliers and by the time one's added
courier, exchange and import fees (and hassles often associated with the
latter), the advantage to the Canadian consumer isn't nearly as it appears. I'll certainly be
returning to axemusic.com and I look forward to seeing new trails being
blazed by Axe Music.
