There are 3 basic types of cases:
- Gigbag - padded nylon and are easy to transport while walking, bike riding, etc.
- Hardshell - hard exterior to prevent damage when bumped or dropped
- Flightcase - hard exterior and custom fitted interior to prevent any damage to the instrument.
