Cables are the #1 source of problems in sound systems. Inexpensive cables can cause failures, added noise, static clicks and pops and numerous other "pains" in the you know where. All of the cable that AXE carries are professional quality. However, we carry a number of different grades due to the fact that different customers have varying needs. For example: heavy insert and removal applications, where the cables are constantly being plugged and unplugged, require stronger cabling and more robust connectors. We also stock special "star quad" cables that offer extra shielding in order to give you superior noise specifications for recording applications. For the working musician, we supply cabling that exhibits low handling noise for all onstage microphone and instrument applications.
